Squla is quite popular among parents with children who attend primary school. Especially now that children are doing all of their schooling at home, the service has extended its user base with more and more subscriptions. The service enables children to work with educational material in a fun and playful way. They work independently behind a laptop or with a tablet and hardly realise that they are working on school materials.

Squla uses Mopinion to collect customer feedback via email. In addition to its individual customers, Squla also works with many schools and business customers. By way of email feedback forms, Squla can dive into whether their emails are meeting the needs of their customers. However, because they work with these two different groups of customers – individuals and schools (business) – they’ve set up two different feedback forms which target these groups separately.
