Sometimes we get the question of how our solution differs from other feedback software on the market. That’s why we’ve created an overview that hones in on the major differences between Mopinion and GetFeedback.
GetFeedback is known as an online feedback tool to create surveys and, since they merged with Usabilla, also a tool that collects feedback from websites, mobile apps, and email. GetFeedback offers two solution – GetFeedback CX Platform and GetFeedback Digital. This comparison applies mostly to the latter.
Update: In May 2023, momentive.ai (the parent company) was acquired by a private equity firm and delisted from the stock market. The new owners appear to have shifted their focus away from prioritising GetFeedback user feedback offering. While GetFeedback probably won’t be discontinued, it does imply a potential slowdown in product updates and innovation. Additionally, customers may experience a reduction in the usual level of support and service they have come to expect.
